Who builds MadMatcher.

Founded MadMatcher in 2026. Completed an MS in Computer Sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Madison (May 2026) and a BA in Computer Science at UC Berkeley with a certificate in Entrepreneurship & Technology. Contributed to Sparkly, Delex, and MatchFlow as part of UW–Madison’s Magellan Data Management Group (joined Fall 2024).

Professor of Computer Sciences at UW–Madison and a longtime entity matching researcher. Leads the Magellan Data Management Group, whose work spans py_entitymatching (VLDB 2016), CloudMatcher (VLDB 2018), and Sparkly (VLDB 2023).

Lead author of the Sparkly paper (VLDB 16(6), 2023) and a core contributor to the Magellan group’s scalable entity matching systems on Apache Spark.
